Basiclo Everyday T-Shirts are made in Poland — from Polish knit fabric, in our own factory in Bielsko-Biała.
We control the whole process: from choosing the fabric to the final stitch. We are not looking for the cheapest solutions. We are looking for the ones that last for years of wear.
That is why every Everyday T-Shirt comes with a 5-year warranty.
Polish knit, Polish production
The Everyday Premium T-shirt is made from 100% cotton, a single jersey knit weighing approx. 180 gsm, which we select and test ourselves for durability — not just for price. Every BASICLO T-shirt is made in our own factory in Bielsko-Biała, with no external subcontractors involved.
That gives us full control over every stage — from the thread to the label. A 5-year guarantee is simply a natural extension of that same responsibility, just stretched over time.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
A T-shirt you wear every day will wear out sooner or later — that isn't covered by the guarantee. What is covered is damage caused by a product defect, not by ordinary use.
Covered by the guarantee

- − Natural colour fading and ageing of the fabric

How to request a repair or replacement?
Report the damage
Fill in the guarantee form, give your order number and attach photos of the damage.
Send the T-shirt back
To the address we provide, at your own cost.
We review your claim
Our first step is always to repair the seam or the damaged fabric.
Repair or a new T-shirt
If a repair isn't possible, we send you a new piece of the same model, at our cost.
